The Ultimate List Of Ab Exercises At Home

I’m going to be honest here – I hate doing ab/core workouts. But hey, there’s a time and a place for everything. In order to fit in some convenient ab exercises at home, I keep a running list of ones I can do without equipment and when it’s time to get started, I pick 4-6 of them and do a quick workout.

How To Use The List

If you’ve used any of my other home exercise programs, you know the way I like to do circuit training. I usually pick 5-8 exercises, do 8-12 reps of each one, then take a break or run and do them all over again 2 more times.

Same goes for these ab exercises; pick however many you want to do from the list below (it can be any amount depending on the level of intensity and amount of time you have), decide on the number of reps/sets you’re aiming for and give it a go. It’s that easy and no equipment required!

Note: you can do more reps of fewer exercises (eg. 15-30 reps of 4-5 exercises) or fewer reps of more exercises (eg. 6-12 reps of 8-10 exercises). It’s all up to you, and I’d recommend switching up your reps/sets every few weeks to add some variety.
